How to Order (non-FFL customers)
(1) Enter the order on our encrypted website. Credit cards are not charged until orders are packed and ready to be shipped. To increase the speed of order processing, phone orders are no longer accepted. Most firearm and parts orders should ship between 7 and 10 business days of receiving the order. Please refer to the NEWSFLASH section on the home page for up to date shipping times.
(2) All orders must be completed with Federal Firearms License (gun store) contact information. In addition, it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the gun store sends a copy of the FFL (Federal Firearms License) to CzechPoint. CzechPoint does not contact the gun store to acquire a copy of the FFL.
Note: vz.52 pistols are C&R rated - no other firearms sold by CzechPoint are C&R eligible.
FFL dealers and C&R license holders can send a copy of their license by e-mail or fax (e-mail is preferred). Please ensure the FFL dealer references the purchaser's name on the FFL copy.

(3) When the website order is complete, an order number is given and the order page can be printed or saved. An e-mail confirmation is not sent for firearms, parts, or accessories.
(4) The next business day after the firearm, part, and/or accessory is shipped, an e-mail confirmation will be sent confirming the tracking number.

Additional Purchasing Information
CzechPoint’s firearm packaging allows very little room for parts/accessories are purchased to be placed inside the firearm box. If the part and/or accessory can easily fit into the firearm’s box, there will be no additional charge for shipping these small parts/accessories. For larger parts and accessories, a separate box will be shipped to the buyer’s home address and additional shipping fees will be charged.
Before placing your order, you MUST confirm that there are no legal restrictions or mental health issues that prevent you from owning firearms, or magazines, or parts, or accessories (Federal, State, City/Local laws apply). In addition, ensure that you meet the minimum age requirement for owning a pistol or a rifle and that you are able to pass a firearms background check at your gun dealer (will need to complete an ATF Form 4473 before taking possession of a firearm).
If a person makes payment for firearms, magazines, parts, or accessories, and it is not legal for the buyer to possess, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus any costs associated to shipping.
